Please contact us if you have purchased a new vehicle or have traded or sold a vehicle, recreational vehicle or other property.  The only guarantee that we have the correct information is if you have contacted us with it.

Paying On-line…

Life Insurance

You can’t replace a family or the things that a family means to one another. Even after losing someone, you can still reach the goals you set as a family by planning for a few common needs:

Immediate Needs

Funeral Costs (Avg $10,000)    ____________

Unpaid Medical Costs              ____________

              Total Immediate Needs   _______________

Readjustment Needs

Mortgage Payoff                    _____________

Other Loans (car, student,

    home equity, credit card)   _____________

Cash Fund for Emergencies    _____________

Survivor Income                   ______________

          Total Readjustment Needs  ________________

·         Consider one of these simple methods…

o        Determine how much annual income you will need and divide it by a conservative interest rate. Example 4%.

12,000            ÷     .04           =   $300,000

Annual income      interest rate     capital need for

                                                  Survivor income

               ~OR~

o        5 to 7 times your annual gross income.

What is Ordinance and Law coverage and why do I need it?

Ordinance & Law coverage provides coverage for rebuilding a damaged or destroyed structure so it conforms to the latest building codes. This expense can add 50% or more to recovery costs.

Ordinance & Law coverage is typically excluded in Commercial Property and Homeowner’s policies. This exclusion is aimed at the application of building codes of various kinds – construction, plumbing, fire safety, etc. that may require more expensive reconstruction materials, installation, designs or methods after the loss than those used in the existing building.

Areas of loss covered under Ordinance & Law coverage are:

Loss of value of the undamaged portion of a building that must be torn down or modified to meet the current code requirements.

Cost of demolition and removal of the debris of undamaged portions of the structure that must be torn down or modified.

Increased cost of reconstruction to meet current building codes.

Contact our office today to discuss this coverage with your agent.
