If you have been reading this newsletter over the past year, you know that Knapp Tedesco has been celebrating 90 years of insuring people and businesses in Ames, Story County and throughout Iowa. We were honored to have over 325 people attend our 90th anniversary celebration on September 13th. It was a terrific evening as we celebrated with clients, carriers and friends of the agency. We have so much to be grateful for as we reflect on 90 years and those that helped us achieve this milestone.
But, that was the past. It’s time to think about the next 90 years. Some suggest it is about the journey not the destination. As we pursue this journey, we will continue to focus on you -- our client. We will provide you exceptional service. We aspire to be a trusted advisor to you, providing you with information and advice to insure your assets and manage your risk. Our industry is changing and we pledge to stay abreast of trends in insurance and risk management. We will also service you with integrity – always doing what is best for you. And, we will continue to support the communities we serve, giving back with our time and resources.
As we begin this next 90-year journey, know that we are committed to you. We would like to think that we’re just beginning the second half of our journey.
